Summary Translate a Work item for dual-language sites from either English to the native language or from the native language into English.

Quick Start

  1. Click the
    • Work
    menu in the left sidebar.

  2. Click the plus sign next to the Work item that needs translation.

    Note that the menu at the top of the Work page displays how many Work items are in each language. By clicking on this link, a list of Work items in that language will load.

  3. Enter the translated Work title and the translated description in the WYSIWYG editor.

  4. Click the Save Draft button in the Publish section on the right-hand side.

    If the original Work item had thumbnail images, they will now appear in the Work Images and Gallery sections.

  5. Select relevant translations for the Expertise section.

  6. Add a translated client in the Work Information section.

  7. Add a translated campaign in the Work Information section.

  8. Add a translated teaser in the Work Information section.

  9. Click the Publish button to publish the translated Work item immediately. Alternatively, click the Save Draft button to save a draft of the translated Work item.

More Information

If the original Work item had associated Expertise, a translated version will need to be created or selected. If 'No matches found' displays or the relevant Expertise is not present, a translation needs to be created.
