Quick Start

  1. Click Employees menu in left sidebar.

  2. Click employee's name to edit record.

  3. Select relevant expertise in Expertise section.

    The left side contains all available expertise. The right side lists all selected expertise. Click an expertise on the left to move it to the right. To remove an expertise, hover over the expertise on the right and click on the minus icon.

  4. Click Update button to save changes.

More Information

All fields are automatically synchronized with Octopus every day. Any change made to a field, besides the Expertise field, will be overwritten during the next synchronization. To make a permanent change, please email the team, who will either make the change in Octopus or send a change request to the PeopleSoft team.
