Quick Start

  1. Click
    • Work
    • Add New
    menu in left sidebar.

  2. Enter an appropriate title in the Title field.

    Each work title is formatted in the following way: Client Name: Campaign Name (ex: Avaya: Stuff Business People Say).

  3. Enter a description of the Work in the WYSIWYG editor.

  4. Add all necessary thumbnails in the Work Images section.

    The Featured Image, which appears on the Work listing page must be 2560x1290 pixels. The Thumbnail, which is used on the Homepage and the Work listing page, must be 700x700 pixels.

  5. Add optional images for the Work item in the Gallery section.

  6. Associate the Work item with relevant Expertise if desired.

    By associating a Work item with Expertise, the Work item will appear on that Expertise's page.

  7. Add the client name in the Client field.

    The client name is used in the Work item's tile on the Homepage and the Work listing page and appears above the Work item's campaign name on the Work item's page.

  8. Add the campaign name in the Campaign field.

    The campaign name acts as the title on the Work item's page.

  9. Add a teaser for the Work item in the Teaser field.

    The teaser is used in the Work item's tile on the Homepage and the Work listing page.

  10. Click the Publish button to publish the Work item immediately. Alternatively, click the Save Draft button to save a draft of the Work item.

More Information

It is possible to publish a Work item at a later time by clicking Edit next to Publish:Immediately. There, enter the date and time desired for the Work item to go live.
