Site Configuration

Cookie Prompt

Notice to users that cookies are being used on the site.

Status
Toggle visibility of cookie prompt on site.
	Cookie prompt, if enabled, appears at the top of the site, and does not vanish until the user clicks the Accept & Close button.

Text
Cookie prompt text.
	Main text shown in cookie prompt at the top of the page.

Privacy Policy*
Privacy policy page that contains more information about cookie collection.
	Appears as a link at the end of the cookie prompt text.

Homepage Image & Video

Image
Header image.
	JPG at 1280x1024 pixels.
	Displays in the site header. On homepage, the entire image is shown. On every other page, the lower third of the image is visible.

Video
Optional header video.
	Displays in the site header on the homepage.

Site Images

FleishmanHillard Logo
Inverted FleishmanHillard logo.
	PNG at 500 pixels in width.
	Displays in the site header.

Country Icon
Icon displaying country where the site's office(s) are located.
	PNG at 150x150 pixels.
	Displays in the site header and footer.

Custom Links

Two possible custom links. Both appear in the site header. The first custom link appears in the top left corner and the second custom link appears in the top right corner.

Title*
Link text.
	Text used for custom link.

URL*
Link URL.
	Used to link the custom link text.

Admin Layouts

Determine overall layouts for various pages on the site.

Homepage
Homepage layout.
	Standard Display default tile system. Masonry Display masonry tile system.
	Layout chosen displays on the site's homepage.

Careers Page
Careers page layout.
	Standard Display default Careers page. Grid Display Careers page tile layout.
	Layout chosen displays on the site's homepage.

Site Features

Entities*
Enable or disable certain entities on the site.
	Internships Enable or disable Internships. Jobs Enable or disable Jobs.
	Determines if Jobs/Internships display in the backend as well as on the Careers page.

Employee*
Elements to display for employees.
	City Name Show or hide city name where employees are located. Phone Number Show or hide employees' phone number. Contact Link Show or hide link to contact employees.
	Shows or hides elements wherever they appear on the site.

About Page*
Elements to display on the About page.
	General and Deputy Managers Show or hide general and deputy managers.

N&O Page*
Elements to display on the News & Opinions page.
	Post Excerpt Show or hide the post excerpt in the blog reel.

Contact Page*
Elements to display on the Contact page.
	General and Deputy Managers Show or hide general and deputy managers.

Excerpt Length

Enter the number of words to be displayed for each excerpt length. If no number is entered, the default will be used.

Long*
Long excerpt length. Defaults to 70 words.
	Used on the Archive and Search pages.

Medium*
Medium excerpt length. Defaults to 40 words.
	Used on author bios, found on blog posts.

Short*
Short excerpt length. Defaults to 15 words.
	Used on the About page for team bios.

Address Format

Override default address format for office listings.

Format*
Short excerpt length. Defaults to 15 words.
	Used on the About page for team bios.

Distribution Lists

The various distribution lists used throughout the site.

Default Email Address
Required distribution list. If no other distribution lists are specified, all e-mail will be sent to the list specified here.

General Email Address
Distribution list associated with the general inquiries contact form.

Crisis Email Address
Distribution list associated with the crisis contact form.

Business Email Address
Distribution list associated with the new business contact form.

Careers Email Address
Distribution list associated with the career opportunities contact form.

Contact Forms

The various contact form layouts used throughout the site.

Default Contact Form ID*
Required contact form. If no other contact form layouts are specified, all contact forms will use this layout.

Empl. Contact Form ID*
Contact form layout used for contacting employees.

Job Contact Form ID*
Contact form layout used for contacting about an open job or internship.

Page Contact Form ID*
Contact form layout used for the contact forms linked from the Contact page (ex: General Inquiries, New Business, Career Development, and Crisis).

Gated Contact Form ID*
Contact form layout used for gated content.

General Managers

Leave blank to automatically select the General Managers from the offices on the site. Select General Managers to override this behavior.

General Managers*
General Managers selected to appear on the site.
	Appears on the About and Contact pages.

Offices

Offices*
Offices served by the site.
	Displays on the Contact page.
