Summary Translate an Office for dual-language sites from either English to the native language or from the native language into English.

Quick Start

  1. Click the
    • Offices
    menu in the left sidebar.

  2. Click the plus sign next to the Office that needs translation.

    Note that the menu at the top of the Offices page displays how many Offices are in each language. By clicking on this link, a list of Offices in that language will load.

  3. Enter the translated Office name in the following format: Office Name (City).

  4. Click the Save Draft button in the Publish section on the right-hand side.

    This will bring in the copied fields from the original post. The following fields are copied from the original post and are not translatable: Octopus ID, Phone, Fax, Company, Created At, Updated At, Type, Country Abbr, Latitude, Longitude, Website, Region, Subregion, Business Unit, Location ID, GM Employee ID, Deputy GM Employee ID, Contact Employee ID, Affiliate Email.

  5. Add relevant translations for the Office details in the Office Information section.

  6. Click the Publish button to publish the translated Office immediately. Alternatively, click the Save Draft button to save a draft of the translated Office.
